Peg was born and raised in Sydney Australia and graduated from Sydney University with a fairly useless Masters degree but it was so long ago she has forgotten what her field of study was. She fled Australia in the 1970’s when it was still a colonial backwater and ended up in another colonial backwater, where she convinced some unsuspecting people to entrust her with huge amounts of money.

Susan Fogel has lived in La Paz since 2000. That is ten years of real life experience as an ex-pat in Mexico. She has purchased and sold a home, built a home on the beach and has helped many people buy, build and finance their Mexican dream home. Leaving behind her high profile life as a mortgage broker and consumer advocate in Silicon Valley, Susan thought she would never work again! By 2001 she was selling real estate in La Paz and opened the Coldwell Banker franchise in La Paz. Moving back to her roots as a mortgage broker in 2005, Susan was a director of one of the oldest and most well-known cross-border mortgage companies in Mexico.

Ed Rodriguez is an Investment Advisor with TD Waterhouse Private Investment Advice providing service in Vancouver. Born and raised in Mexico, Ed has developed an expertise regarding snowbirds, cross border investment planning. Within North America he has been featured as a keynote speaker on the subjects related to snowbirds, investments and retirement issues for Canadians considering relocation to Mexico.

Madeline has nearly 10 years of real estate marketing experience. She began her career in Commercial Real Estate with Cushman & Wakefield in 2001.  While utilizing the strong brand standards of an international real estate brokerage, Madeline designed much of the creative behind the marketing of multi-million dollar real estate.

In recent years Madeline has built a solid reputation for providing high quality marketing and creative services to many of Canada’s most successful brokerages and realtors. As the Director of Marketing for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Madeline built an extensive network of highly qualified professionals in the real estate community both in Marketing and Sales.

Sabrina Wang is a young writer who loves creating magic out of words. She’s an old soul who enjoys reading biographies of dead poets, watching period dramas and listening to Bossa Nova, while her alter ego is spontaneous, sarcastically funny, and quirky. She is content in her rather idyllic life as a university student just as long as she has the chance to let her imagination explode on the page.
